🇺🇸 Labor Day looks a little different when you’re building a family business. ❤️

If you’ve spent much time around RenewMe Spa & Athletic Recovery or GymShe, there’s a pretty good chance you’ve seen our kids running around, doing schoolwork in a back room, “helping” with something, or simply hanging out while Mom and Dad work. 😅

And we wouldn’t have it any other way.

One of the greatest gifts of building these businesses has been finding a way to make our work fit into our family life—not build our family life around our work.

We homeschool our 6th grader, we’re raising two little girls, and somewhere in between school lessons, snack breaks, appointments, classes, workouts and the everyday chaos of raising a family, we’re also working together to build something we genuinely believe in.

Our dream has always been bigger than owning a spa or a gym.

💪 We want to empower women to become stronger and more confident.

🧖‍♀️ We want to give people a place to slow down, recover and take care of themselves when life and training are demanding everything they have.

❤️ We want to help our community become healthier—physically and mentally—and create spaces where people feel supported while doing it.

And we want our children to grow up watching what it looks like to dream big, work hard, serve your community and build something together as a family.

Sometimes that means our kids are at the spa.

Sometimes they’re at the gym.

Sometimes homeschool happens between clients and business conversations happen over dinner.

It isn’t always perfectly balanced or perfectly organized—but it’s ours, and we’re incredibly grateful that this family business allows our family to stay close while we chase some pretty big dreams together.

So this Labor Day, we’re celebrating the work—but even more than that, we’re celebrating the people we get to do the work with. ❤️

FREE CRIB PROGRAM AVAILABLE FOR MISSOURI FAMILIES! 💙

The Ste. Genevieve Police Department would like to help spread the word about a great resource available to families across Missouri.

The Butler County Health Department is offering FREE cribs to eligible families to help provide babies with a safe place to sleep — and you do NOT have to live in Butler County to apply. Families from anywhere in Missouri may be eligible!

Eligibility includes:
• Pregnant women or caregivers with infants up to 6 months old
• Missouri residents
• Commitment to practicing safe sleep
• Completion of a short safe-sleep education session

Each crib includes:
✅ A new, approved safety crib
✅ Fitted crib sheet
✅ Safe-sleep education
✅ Resources and support

💙 Every baby deserves a safe place to sleep.
