Meet Raegan Mencer!

Raegan is a Speech-Language Pathologist with Children’s Therapy Support who provides services to children and families in the Palmyra, MO, and surrounding areas. She also works with Hannibal Public Schools and has a passion for working with the pediatric and school-aged population.
Raegan earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Missouri. She loves watching children grow and reach their communication goals and is passionate about helping each child communicate as independently and successfully as possible through whatever modality works best for them.
Raegan finds joy in meeting children where they are, celebrating their progress, and helping them build the skills and confidence they need to communicate with the people around them.
Outside of work, Raegan enjoys spending time with her friends and family, reading, staying active, and enjoying the outdoors. She recently married her husband in October 2025 and is excited to continue building a life filled with family, friends, and plenty of adventures.
