Be honest! Is it actually soreness, or has it been there for a while? 👀
Soreness is your body’s natural response to movement. It comes and goes, improves with time, and usually feels even and temporary.

Injury, on the other hand, lingers. It limits your movement, shows up in the same places, and doesn’t fully go away with rest.

The difference comes down to how your body is responding to movement! When your muscles and joints are able to move well, recover well, and respond properly, soreness stays temporary. When they cannot, that is when problems begin to stick around! 💪🏼🪫
