School is back in session…and Creekside Family Practice is here for all the sniffles, coughs, allergies, sick visits, sports physicals, and everyday family care that comes with it. ❤️

We care for patients ages 6 weeks and up and always keep at least THREE acute-care appointments available Monday–Thursday, with Friday visits available by request from 10 AM–2 PM when we are in clinic.

At Creekside, we want healthcare to feel personal, comfortable, and never rushed. We listen, explain your options, and help you make the choices that feel right for you and your family, without pressure.

We also do our best to keep care affordable and convenient. When you need a specialist or imaging, we help connect you with people we trust to take great care of you, the same way we’d want our own family to be cared for, because our patients quickly become familiar faces, friends, and part of the Creekside family. ❤️

We accept most major insurance plans and cash pay.

Creekside Family Practice has officially outgrown its britches, which means our little family is growing again! 🎉🎉🎉

Y’all, please help us welcome Carmen to the Creekside Family Practice team!

Like Medical Assistant students before her, Carmen came to Creekside to complete her clinical training hours. This time, though, we simply could not let this one go. Her skills impressed us so much that we hired her immediately after graduation.

Carmen is gentle, kind, hardworking, caring, intelligent, and incredibly enthusiastic about learning. She has a true heart for patients and brings compassion mixed with a whole lot of s***k, so she fits right in with us.

What makes Carmen even more special is the kind of person she already is at such a young age. It is rare to meet someone so young who is this thoughtful, capable, compassionate, and genuinely devoted to caring for others. She is truly a special human, and we feel very lucky that she chose Creekside.

We are so excited to have Carmen join our ever growing team.

We have been blown away by the amount of kind feedback, encouraging reviews, thoughtful cards, and sweet gestures our patients have shared with our team. Seeing your words and support truly means more to us than you know.

Becoming an FNP was always my dream, and there are still days I have to pause and pinch myself because I truly feel so blessed to do what I love alongside such an amazing staff and community.

One thing I strongly believe is that education is one of the most important things we can provide as medical professionals.
