👇 Mandible Bone Fracture Fixation👇
The facial area is one of the most frequently injured parts of the body (Abiose in Br J Oral Maxillofac Surg 24(1):319, 1986; Adi et al. in Br J Oral Maxillofac Surg 28(3):1949, 1990; Allan and Daly in Int J Oral Maxillofac Surg 19(5):26871, 1990), and the mandible is one of the most commonly fractured maxillofacial bones (1990; Azevedo et al. in J Trauma 45(6):10847, 1998; Bremerich et al. in Acta Stomatol Belg 93:511, 1996). Mandible is the only mobile bone of the skeleton, and hence vulnerable to fracture. This is a retrospective study of 50 mandibular fracture cases managed at the Department of ENT, Govt. Medical College Bhavnagar during the 2 years period from 2014 to 2016. Maximum subjects were in age group 21–30 years with a male preponderance. Road traffic accident is the main cause followed by falls and assault. Symphysis is the most common site of Mandibular fracture. Mandible fracture is a common entity in Road traffic accidents. Multiple fractures are seen in 40% of mandibular fracture cases. The results were equally good in patients requiring only MMF (Maxillo Mandibular Fixation) and inpatients requiring MMF and Plating, during the follow up up to 8 weeks. Physiotherapy was advised for all the post op patients after 2 months.

👉Facial Fat Grafting👈

👇Read Caption👇

Fat grafting is a procedure that restores volume in the face to reduce creases or pitted scars and improve the facial contours. The procedure, also known as fat transfer, takes fat from one part of the body and injects it into the face. The process can fill sunken areas caused by age, acne scars, illness, injury and more.

Benefits of Fat Grafting
Volume loss is a natural part of the aging process. As collagen production slows, existing collagen breaks down. The skin takes on a lax, hollow look. Lack of volume also leads to the formation of deep furrows and wrinkles through the face, particularly the lines running from the corners of the nose to the sides of the mouth. Fat transfer offers a safe, natural and lasting solution for a more youthful appearance.

Fat grafting is also a common solution to deep pitted scars, usually resulting from acne. Fat cells can be injected directly into the scars to fill in uneven texture and create a smoother appearance.

The first part of the fat transfer process involves collecting fat cells. This gives people the added benefit of liposuction at the donor site, usually the abdomen. Men and women can then enjoy a slimmer waistline in addition to a refreshed facial appearance. Additionally, fat transfer can be used to reduce the look of facial scarring from injuries, accidents or birth defects. Rather than choosing injectable fillers that need touch-ups once or twice per year, fat grafting makes a lasting improvement in the look of facial scars.

👇Read caption👇
Necrophilia (Gk nekros, co**se; philia, love) is a paraphilia whereby the perpetrator gets s*xual pleasure in having s*x with the dead (Aggrawal, 2014). Also known as necrophilism, necrolagnia, necrocoitus, necrochlesis, and thanatophilia, it may be seen by itself or in association with a number of other paraphilias, namely sa**sm, cannibalism, vampirism (the practice of drinking blood from a person or animal), necrophagia (eating the flesh of the dead), necropedophilia (s*xual attraction to the co**ses of children), and necrozoophilia (s*xual attraction to the co**ses of or killing of animals – also known as necrobestiality). Very often the co**ses that are used for s*xual purposes are not fresh, but rather dug up from graves in a putrefied or mummified condition. Some prefer just bones. Necrophagists actually feed on decaying dead bodies to get s*xual pleasure. These are different from cannibals, who prefer fresh meat or who consume dead loved ones for spiritual purposes. A vast spectrum of necrophagists is seen, from those who merely want to lick the ge****ls or breasts of a dead person, to persons who just want to devour specific parts, to necrophiles who would eat a whole body. Necrophilia is mostly seen in males. It is possible for a necrophile to have normal s*xual relations with living beings. The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM5) does not assign any specific or unique code to necrophilia. Instead, along with several other uncommon paraphilias (seven of which are specifically named), necrophilia is grouped under ‘code 302.9’ (Paraphilias Not Otherwise Specified). The International Classification of Diseases (ICD)-10 Classification of Mental and Behavioural Disorders, published by WHO, gives it a ‘code F65.8.’
