We’re resharing our Moore Than Behavior Wishlist! 🫶🏼

One of the questions we’re asked often by members of our community is, "How can we help?"

Our clinic provides a wide variety of sensory items, toys, learning materials, adaptive equipment, and other resources for our learners every day. But something people may not realize is that those resources don’t always stay within our clinic walls.

When we find an item, tool, or piece of equipment that really works for one of our learners, we frequently send items home with families who could benefit from having them there, too. Especially when it may be something they otherwise wouldn’t have access to or be able to purchase.

Our wishlist is simply one way for those who have asked how they can support our mission to directly contribute to the kids and families we serve. There is never an expectation to purchase anything, but every item donated gives us one more resource we can put into the hands of a learner who may benefit from it.

Sometimes that means something new for the clinic. Sometimes it means sending a favorite sensory item home. Sometimes it means giving a family another tool that makes everyday life just a little easier.

And we are incredibly grateful for a community that continues to ask how they can be part of that. 🧡🩵

✨ Exciting News at Moore Than Behavior! ✨

We’re excited to officially announce Kimber’s new role as our Clinic Coordinator! 🧡🩵

Kimber has been an important part of the MTB team, and we’re excited to see her step into this next chapter with us. As Clinic Coordinator, she’ll help support the day-to-day operations of the clinic, assist with communication and coordination, support our team, and help keep all of the moving pieces behind the scenes running smoothly.

As she transitions into her new position, Kimber will serve in a dual role as both Clinic Coordinator and RBT, allowing her to continue working directly with our learners while gradually taking on more of her coordinator responsibilities.

Her experience as an RBT and understanding of the day-to-day needs of our learners, families, and staff will bring a valuable perspective to this role.

Please help us congratulate Kimber on her new position! 🎉 We’re excited to watch her grow into this role and continue to be an important part of the MTB team.

She has worked sooooo hard to reach this milestone, all while continuing to show up for our learners, grow as a clinician, and take on more responsibility along the way.

📚 Back to School🚀Elevation Style! ✏️✨

Today we’re kicking off a new school year with our Elevation learners! 🧡

At Elevation, learning may look a little different & that’s exactly the point. We’re creating opportunities for learners to work toward their academic goals while still receiving the individualized support they need to communicate, regulate, engage, and grow.

There’s no one-size-fits-all classroom here. There's actually no classroom at all. 👀 We meet learners where they are, celebrate progress at their pace, and make room for movement, breaks, choice, connection, and plenty of fun along the way.

Here’s to a year of learning new things, building confidence, celebrating big and LITTLE wins, and continuing to Elevate Beyond. 🚀
