Not everything about perimenopause is bad.
Comment PERI and I’ll send you the guide.
Yes, the shorter cycles, sleep changes, mood swings, and body changes can feel frustrating. But I also think there is a side of peri that does not get talked about enough.
A lot of women over 40 stop wasting time on things that do not matter. They stop shrinking themselves. They stop living for everyone else’s approval. They get clearer, stronger, and a whole lot less tolerant of nonsense.
There is something powerful about that.
Perimenopause can feel hard, but it can also be the season where you finally start listening to your body, respecting your needs, and becoming more of who you actually are.
That matters too.
If you are in perimenopause and want real education on what is happening in your body and what to do next, comment PERI and I’ll send you the guide.
Hi! I’m Rebecca Kelly, FNP-C. I help women in perimenopause understand their hormone changes so they can stop guessing and start doing what actually works.
