Big shoutout to Justin for this setup using the ANCORE Pros. Such a cool way to use them in a home gym without taking up a bunch of space. You’re still getting true one-to-one resistance, can link them together, add the chest pad, and open up a ton of exercise variety. Super smart way to train more with less clutter.

I am so excited to finally announce that I’m flying from Chicago to Boston to meet the entire crew over at ANCORE this week!

And honestly, this one means a lot to me.

ANCORE was one of the first brands to really believe in me, believe in Luke’s Garage Gym, and believe in what I was trying to build for you guys.

Now I finally get to visit their headquarters, meet the team, sit down with Isaac, tour the facility, and create some incredible content to take you guys along for the entire ride.
