Please join Dr. Annie Snow as she hosts Queering the Couch--an Instagram live series that highlights LGBTQIA+ experiences with mental health counseling. Traditional mental health spaces have often been sites of oppression for q***r folks. By interviewing both providers and receivers of therapeutic services, Dr. Snow hopes to facilitate greater transparency, education, and accountability within the mental health field.

On June 24 @ 2 p.m. Eastern, Annie will chat with Amira Stanley.

A community activist, Amira is a Black, q***r, femme, mindset and intention educator, end-of-life doula, and antiracism facilitator. Her mindfulness business is Core Mind Gut Connection. Amira believes in the power of being friends with your mind and thoughts, even in discomfort and difficulties.
