Pure Pilates Studio Pure Pilates is a fully equipped private Pilates studio located in downtown Salem. Private one-on-one pilates session taught by Sarah Hillman.

Sarah is a fully certified pilates instructor on all pieces of equipment and mat in the classical form. Sessions are catered to the clients needs and goals. Sarah Hillman also teaches pilates mat classes at Indigo Downtown; Monday/Wednesday/Saturday.

Came up to turn the heat on in the studio and couldn’t help but take a seat and enjoy the sound of the rain. And my body needed the rest after shoveling five yards of dirt to fill the new raised beds! 😁 If you’re feeling the aches and pains of summer garden work this is a pretty sweet spot for some reflexology or Fascial stretch.

This is why we need to just keep on moving…So we can be like Carol! I was the sweeper today at the Sisters Stampede and ended up riding with this badass of a woman who was 78!!! What I just loved about her is she rode HER ride. She wasn’t apologetic for being slower or walking over rocks. She’d just say “I can’t do this, so I won’t” Why do we feel the need to apologize for riding how we ride?? It’s enough we’re out there doing the thing and kicking ass!!

Back to sticking my fingers in Elodie’s of ears! I just returned from my first reflexology conference and what a great trip. I feel lucky to get the opportunity to meet and hear from the real pioneers of reflexology. But I’m even more grateful for the friendships I made with these ladies during our training. 💗
