I’m so sorry—from the bottom of my heart.
We truly have the most incredible clients… every single one of you. Each session is something I look forward to—the stories about your kids, your travels, the little adventures life brings… even the quiet moments, where I can feel the calm settle in and hear a deep breath (or the occasional snore). Those moments mean everything to me.
I want to be back in the treatment room. I want my team to feel that same joy in this work we love so much.
But right now, we may not be open for sessions this week.
I’ve poured every waking hour into this—late nights stretching into 4:30am—pushing for a May 1st opening. Some things, though, are simply out of our hands. We’re working closely with inspectors and permits, doing everything we can to get back to you as quickly as possible.
Rescheduling you is something I never take lightly, and I’m so grateful for the patience, kindness, and grace you’ve shown us. Thank you for being so incredible through all of this—for your understanding, your support, and the way you’ve stood by us along the way.
I’m doing everything I can to accommodate everyone in such a condensed time frame, because it truly weighs on me knowing this is impacting you. Your time, your routines, your care—it matters deeply.
We’ll be back soon—and we’ll be better than ever when we are. 🤍
