Details: Enjoy a plant-based dinner (vegetarian with vegan and gluten-free options), then we'll start with a guided breathing meditation and sound bath. Next, sing along with ancient mantras in a listen and respond format called kirtan. Followed up by a mindfulness relaxation program and some uplifting kirtan.
What to bring: No yoga mats required. Cushions and chairs provided.
What it's all about: Kirtan is a musical meditation from the yoga tradition, considered the most potent form of meditation in this day and age. Singing and listening to these powerful transcendental sound vibrations cleanses the heart and the mind and awakens a sense of deep inner peace.
