Tonight we pray for comfort & healing for our team members that had to say their final goodbye to their loved one that was tragically taken to soon. While we could not all be there to show our love and support, we stood united in purple to honor Faith and her memory. May she rest in the arms of our Savior now. 💜

Dear family and friends:

On June 28, 2026, after a traffic stop, two subjects in the vehicle were arrested and transported to the Dent County Jail, where they were held pending further proceedings. One of these individuals, a Seville Care Center employee.

Our facility remains in close contact with the Salem Police Department and will wait for further details on this investigation. We will continue to remain in compliance with all state and federal regulations and will ensure we continue to place safety of our staff and residents first. Please be assured this active investigation does not involve our facility or its residents.

All individuals are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

Should you have any questions, please reach out to Administrator, Lindsey Light. We will update as we know more in the coming days.

Today was a day to remember, as we honored our dads with a mouth-watering barbecue spread and thoughtful gifts. Witnessing their genuine surprise and happiness was a heartwarming experience that I'll always treasure. It's a great reminder that even small gestures can have a profound impact on those we care about. As we approach Father's Day this Sunday, let's make sure to show our appreciation for the special men in our lives.

It's been a fantastic couple of weeks, recognizing the outstanding contributions of our CNAs and showing our appreciation. Now, we're looking forward to celebrating Father's Day with all the dads in our community. The heat wave prompted us to surprise our residents with cool sno cones, which brought big smiles to their faces.
