👁️ Is your eyelid twitching? You're not alone!

That little eyelid twitch can be annoying, but it's often harmless and may be your body's way of telling you it's time to slow down.

Most eyelid twitches go away on their own with a little more rest, stress management, and cutting back on caffeine.

If your twitching doesn't improve, lasts for several weeks, becomes severe, or is accompanied by other eye concerns, it's a good idea to have it checked out.

No, you cannot buff out scratches on glasses. 🙅

Attempting to buff or polish lenses, especially with home remedies like toothpaste or baking soda, often makes things worse by permanently stripping off protective anti-glare, UV, or polarized coatings, and it can distort your prescription.

If the scratches are minor, you can try reducing their visibility by cleaning the lenses with an anti-reflective coating safe lens cleaner. However, the only true way to fix a scratched lens is to have the lens replaced. 👓
