Our studios are breweries, wineries, and spaces that create community. All levels of yoga practice are welcome. Yoga for Everybody & Every Body. Just fun, feel-good opportunities to refresh among friends.

Our annual Gorge Retreat has wrapped up ✨ Always such a fun, yet deeply restorative weekend. Incredibly grateful for this sweet crew that came together this weekend from all over the country to spend time in community, immersed in practice, and being present with themselves and one another.

These weekends are always such a gift 🙏🏼 Thanks to each of you for making it so special and meaningful.

That’s a wrap on our main Y+B retreats for the year! 2027 retreats will open in early November. 🥰

We are proceeding with the weekend schedule as planned, and here are rain notes:

🍷 6pm Friday at Willamette Valley Vineyards
Class is under a tent - so we will be flowing rain or shine!

🥂 9am Saturday at Lively At The Mill
Saturday morning looks to be dry (the weather that is), so we are proceeding with this class! Plan to join us for brunch after practice!

🍺 12:30pm Saturday at Victor-23 Craft Brewery is indoors!

🍺 10am Sunday at Minto Island Growers
This is the iffy class based on the forecast. If we need to make a rain call, it will happen by Noon on Saturday. We will email everyone registered if we need to cancel.

🍺 10:45am Sunday at Threshold Brewing & Blending is indoors!

After a little reschedule due to heat, and weeks of patiently waiting - it’s finally here!! Join us Tuesday for Yappy Yoga at Capitol Subaru.

All well-behaved 2- and 4-legged creatures are welcome to join us for this all-levels yoga practices, that is all about the dogs. The up dog, the down dog, the good dog - and most importantly the shelter dogs looking for their human.

All donations made for class will go to Oregon Humane, and we will be matching them dollar for dollar. Plus …
