This❣️ uncomfortable conversations = relationship closeness & trust. Conflict is not a bad thing!! We are simply teaching people how to treat & love us better.

Silence = I give up on being understood by you. People pleasing is not authentic & will create a war within. ⛳️

Many will not be receptive & may use words such as ‘misaligned’ as a way to avoid accountability or gaslight your attempt to express your pain 🫣

Remember your honest/authenticity is not the problem, their avoidance to what closeness truly requires is. 🙌
