✨ A New Chapter for Active Recovery Massage! ✨

After giving it a lot of thought, I’ve decided to move my massage practice from Salina to Junction City, where I’ll be working inside Stephens Chiropractic! 💆‍♀️💚

I’m incredibly excited about this new chapter and the opportunity to grow my practice while working alongside such a wonderful team.

A huge THANK YOU to Heath and Kelsi Stephens for taking a chance on me, believing in me and my abilities, and welcoming me into their practice. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity and can’t wait to see where this new adventure takes me! 🥹💚

But don’t worry, Salina friends — I’m not disappearing! ❤️
I’ll still be coming back to Salina once or twice a month to see my regular clients. I’m so thankful for every person who has supported my business, trusted me with their care, and allowed me to be part of their wellness journey.

If you have questions about the move, want to schedule an appointment in Junction City, or want to get on my list for one of my upcoming Salina days, feel free to reach out! 📲

And because everyone who knows me knows I LOVE a good laugh… 😂

I’m going to end this announcement with something that hopefully makes you chuckle.

Here’s to new beginnings, familiar faces, and hopefully MUCH better coffee-order memory. 😂

🧠💆 Did you know your muscles have a memory?

Every day your body adapts to what you ask it to do. Sitting at a desk, chasing kids, working long shifts, driving, lifting, or even stress can cause muscles to tighten and create “knots” (areas of tension and restricted tissue).

Here’s what massage can do for your body:

🦴 Muscles: Relieves tension, improves flexibility, and helps reduce soreness.
❤️ Circulation: Encourages healthy blood flow, bringing oxygen and nutrients to your tissues.
🧠 Nervous System: Helps shift your body from “fight or flight” into “rest and recover,” which can reduce stress and promote relaxation.
🦵 Joints: Improves mobility by reducing tightness in the muscles surrounding them.
💤 Mind & Body: Many people notice better sleep, fewer tension headaches, and an overall sense of well-being after regular massage.

Massage isn’t just a luxury—it’s an investment in keeping your body moving the way it was designed to.

✨ Fun anatomy fact: Your body has over 600 muscles, and they all work together every single day. Taking care of them can help you feel your best!

When was your last massage? Your muscles might already know the answer. 😉

Mental Health Awareness Month 💚

Taking care of yourself is more than a luxury — it’s necessary.

Stress, anxiety, burnout, and everyday life can take a toll on both the mind and body. Massage therapy is one way to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and give your body the care it deserves.

This month, remember:
✨ Rest is important
✨ Kindness matters
✨ Your mental health matters
✨ You are not alone

Be gentle with yourself and with others. Sometimes the smallest act of kindness can make the biggest difference.

If you’ve been carrying stress, tension, or emotional exhaustion, allow yourself time to pause and heal. You deserve care too. 💚
