EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT! ✨
We have been carefully working on this project all summer, and are excited to have these kits available in our diocese.
The loss of a child is a vulnerable, sensitive experience to navigate. We hope this kits will provide guidance and comfort to women as they face the grief of a miscarriage.

We don't have all of the items for our kits yet, but our aim is to have them available next month! See the information on our website if you'd like to donate, and stay tuned for the coming details. 💙

Your fertility chart is more than a record—it can be the key to answers.

The Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System doesn't just help women understand their fertility. It also provides the standardized charting that guides NaProTECHNOLOGY®, a distinctive, science-based approach to women's healthcare.

Rather than masking symptoms, NaProTECHNOLOGY works to identify and treat the underlying causes of reproductive health concerns such as infertility, recurrent miscarriage, PCOS, endometriosis, painful periods, irregular cycles, and more - all while respecting and preserving a woman's natural fertility.

Charting with the Creighton Model opens the door to personalized medical care that listens to your body's story and seeks true healing.

Natural Family Planning isn't simply about spacing pregnancies. It invites couples into deeper communication, mutual sacrifice, and a love that seeks the good of the other. These are gifts that can strengthen a marriage for a lifetime.

Stay tuned for more posts and info this week!

Today begins National Natural Family Planning Awareness Week!
This year’s theme is:
Designed by God, Guided by Love, Open to Life

Church teaching about the moral regulation of births in marriage is rooted in the nature of humanity as being made in God’s image and likeness. That means that every man and every woman has a capacity to love just like God—selflessly. We can make a gift of ourselves—one to the other. The teaching is also rooted in the nature of marriage as designed by God. Married love is the one-flesh union which is given freely, totally (permanent), faithfully, and fruitfully. Since the methods of NFP respect the love-giving (unitive) and life-giving (procreative) nature of the conjugal act, they support God's design for married love and the gift of life.

It’s always a joy to share the good news of fertility with young people!

“I wish I knew this when I was younger…”

Today I had the joy of sharing the Wonder of Eve presentation with a group of high school girls alongside Anne Olek, RN, MSN, FNP-BC, CFCP, CFCE, Director of the FertilityCare Center of Rochester. Anne is a Family Nurse Practitioner and a longtime educator in the Creighton Model FertilityCare System, and she has spent more than two decades helping women understand the beauty and science of their fertility.

Standing in front of these young women, I kept thinking how powerful it is for girls to learn the truth about their bodies early — that their fertility is not a problem to be managed, but a sign of health, dignity, and strength.

As Mrs. Rochester NY, one of the greatest gifts of this role is the opportunity to speak to young women about their worth, their future, and the incredible design of their bodies. Conversations like these matter. Education like this empowers girls to grow in confidence, wisdom, and respect for themselves.

I am so grateful to Anne for her leadership and passion, and to St. Louis Parish for welcoming us to speak with these amazing students. It gives me so much hope for the next generation of women.

The future is bright when young women understand the wonder of who they are. ✨
