Congratulations to one of our fellow alumni, Dr. Abby Hanzlicek!

🎉We are pleased to announce that Abby Hanzlicek, MD, has been named JCH&L's first Chief Medical Officer (CMO)!

In this new leadership role, Dr. Hanzlicek will help strengthen communication between clinical staff and administration while supporting high-quality, patient-centered care throughout JCH&L.

Dr. Hanzlicek will continue to serve as a primary care physician at Fairbury Clinic, with dedicated days for patient appointments. In addition to comprehensive family medicine services, she will provide therapeutic Botox treatments and aesthetic services. She will also continue caring for established Fairbury Clinic hormone replacement therapy patients, supported by her specialized training and certification through the Hormone Health Institute.

Dr. Hanzlicek is accepting new primary care patients. Please join us in congratulating her as she steps into this important role!

Originally from Seneca, Kansas, she was inspired to pursue medicine through her own healthcare experience and her work as a Certified Nurse Aide in a rural hospital. She is passionate about full-scope family medicine, with special interests in obstetric and pediatric care, and looks forward to building lasting relationships with patients and families.
