One of my favorite parts of raising my kids in the office is that chiropractic is just a normal part of life for them. They know their bodies, they ask to be adjusted, and apparently they’ve been paying VERY close attention to what mom does. 😂

Future chiropractor? I can only hope one of them chooses to follow in my steps ❤️

Why do babies + toddlers see a chiropractor? 🤍

Sometimes it isn’t about pain.

It’s because something just feels off and you’re wondering if there’s more you can do to support your little one.

Some of the things parents commonly mention when they bring their babies and toddlers into our office include:

• Colic or lots of inconsolable crying
• Reflux or feeding discomfort
• Constipation
• Trouble settling or staying asleep
• Big emotions or difficulty calming down
• Seeming constantly “on the go” or having a hard time winding down
• Frequent ear infections
• Bedwetting in older toddlers/children
• Tension or stiffness
• Head-turning preferences
• Difficulty with tummy time
• Changes after a difficult birth
• Concerns with movement or development

These things don’t automatically mean your child needs chiropractic care, and chiropractic isn’t a treatment for conditions like ear infections or reflux.

But they can be reasons parents decide they want a closer look at how their child is moving, functioning, and developing.

Pediatric chiropractic care in our office is gentle, specific, and completely tailored to your child and their stage of development. 🤍

✨As I reflect on my weekend and what “Meant to Win” means to me…. I find myself thinking that everything has always felt hard. If it didn’t feel hard it wasn’t going to get me anywhere and it had to be hard to produce results. Anyone who knows anything about my past knows that it hasn’t been an easy road.

✨Some of it was out of my control. Some of it was self inflicted. However, it’s always just felt hard. It almost felt like I just was not meant to win. Unfortunately for the universe, I have never been a quitter and I am also a sore loser so I’ll figure it out🤷🏼‍♀️

✨Here’s to showing up, taking up space, being vulnerable even though it makes me uncomfortable, voicing my opinions and trying not to care what anyone else thinks of them, and winning at life (however I choose to 🏆)
