Wisdom Wednesday
Mental health isn’t just a statewide issue — it’s a local one. In Kansas, nearly 1 in 5 adults lives with a mental health condition, yet many communities — including Salina — face shortages of mental health providers. That means people often wait longer, travel farther, or go without support altogether.

At Resilience Clubhouse, we see every day how connection, structure, and community can fill some of those gaps. When people have a place to belong, they heal differently. They grow differently. They hope differently.

Today’s wisdom: Access matters, but community saves lives too.
Let’s keep building a Salina where no one has to walk their journey alone. 💙

We are thankful for our members, our staff, our partners, and every person who believes in second chances, fresh starts, and the power of community. Your support helps create a space where people feel seen, valued, and capable of rebuilding their lives with dignity.

HELLO JUNE! Let's get it started RCH Style with Member Monday...

Today we’re celebrating Dalton — a dedicated RCH member whose kindness and hard work brighten our Clubhouse every day. Dalton helps donate clothes to Resilience Clubhouse, supports other members by sharing the benefits of sobriety, and shows up with a heart full of encouragement.

He is incredibly proud of his sobriety journey, and so are we. His progress is something we get to witness daily, and it inspires all of us.

Dalton also wants people to know he is adopted and loves sharing the positive parts of his story — especially his passion for writing music in his spare time.

He says RCH has helped keep him accountable and taught him how to make a positive impact on others. We’re grateful for the light he brings to our community. 💙✨

WEATHER CLOSURE ALERT!!!

Due to severe and dangerous weather conditions in and around the Salina and Saline County area, Resilience Clubhouse closed at 2:30 PM today, Monday, May 18, 2026.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

We will reopen normal hours tomorrow, Tuesday, May 19th.
