Roots & Wings : Yoga & Meditation

I am taking a moment to step away from teaching and the service of yoga for a moment.

I have poured out too much of myself over the past couple of years. I have nothing left to give others and only a desire to fill up my cup. A new chapter is beginning in my life. I am not sure where it is going to take me, but right now I am being called to reground, focus on MY body and movement, and most importantly, create.

I am not entirely sure what will become of this, but all I know is that it is EXCITING mixed with a tinge of sadness. I must admit that it is with a heavy heart I make this decision, but I also must admit that I am feeling guided by the universe in my current endeavors, and the sweet universe has never let me down. In fact, my world always ends up MORE BEAUTIFUL than I could ever imagine...once I learn to let go and trust. So that is what I am doing, letting go, trusting and following my heart...the true defintion of FAITH.

Hey you party people, yoga is cancelled tonight.

I need to take some time to reconnect with my own practice again. Sometimes, as givers, we give too much of ourselves, when that happens the session is no longer effective as it is just going through the motions. I don’t want to do that. Your time, faith, and trust in me as your yoga leader deserves more than just “going through the motions.” I am taking a moment to reconnect to my personal practice so I can fully connect and share with you! 💕
