Welcome Maddy to Elite Counseling! Maddy is a Limited License Master Social Worker (LLMSW). She has training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and incorporates a strengths-based, client-centered approach into her work. Her clinical experience also includes the use of dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills, mindfulness techniques, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.

Maddy works collaboratively with clients to build insight, develop practical coping strategies, and foster meaningful, lasting change. She has experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and trauma, and is passionate about helping clients improve emotional regulation, increase self-awareness, and strengthen daily functioning.

Maddy has worked with a wide range of populations, including children, adolescents, college age students, adults, individuals with disabilities, and older adults. Her background also includes experience in gerontology, allowing her to thoughtfully support clients across the lifespan and through various life transitions.
