Did you know? Naloxone (Narcan) can reverse most opioid overdoses if given in time. Learning how to use it could save a life. At White Flint Recovery, anyone can stop by at any time to receive free Narcan training and leave with their own supply of Narcan, no questions asked. Whether it’s for you, a friend, a family member, or simply to be prepared, we’re here to help! Every overdose death is someone’s child, parent, sibling, or friend and many are preventable. If you or someone you love is struggling with substance use, know that help is available. Recovery is possible.

White Flint Recovery is looking for an Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Counselor to join our team!

We’re not looking for someone who just wants a counseling job. We’re looking for the counselor who remembers why they got into this field.

The one who isn’t afraid of hard conversations. Who believes accountability and compassion can exist in the same room. Who shows up because our clients deserve consistency. Who understands recovery isn’t just paperwork, it’s people’s lives.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ ADT, CAC-AD, CSC-AD, or other Maryland-approved substance use counseling credential (or license eligible, as applicable)
✔️ Experience working with individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders preferred
✔️ Strong documentation and treatment planning skills
✔️ Team-oriented with a passion for helping others recover
✔️ Reliable, professional, and committed to ethical client care
