Summer weather always calls for a refreshing treat like our Smoothies & Shakes, and when one screams for ice cream, we all scream for ice cream! 🥤🍨

This sweet dessert sparked conversations about favorite flavors and toppings, summer traditions, and local ice cream shops.

There was even a debate on whether to call the rainbow “toppings” sprinkles or jimmies! 🤣

involved a different method of creation this time! 👏 🖼️

Our Sweet Memories residents explored creativity and self-expression through an exciting water-gun battle on canvas.

Instead of water, they used paint, specifically colors, and instead of paint brushes, they used sq**rt guns!

The results were so cool and featured different patterns and textures in a playful way. 🧡💚💙

Meet our resident, Gail! ✨

Thanks to our TSOLife Signature Program and app, we were able to learn that she used to love drives in her old red Plymouth convertible!

For now, we used our golf cart to give her back the feeling of the wind in her hair. She said she had the best time and that's exactly what we were hoping for! 🚗

took a guys trip to a local gazebo for burgers, hotdogs, and a little co****le! 🌭🍔

Our Dining Services Director, Josh, sent us on our way with all the fixings and we dove right in.

It was a great time on a perfect summer day! 🌤️

Our Sweet Memories neighborhood enjoyed the magic of our tongue drum! 🪘✨

It was great seeing their faces light up with each different sound, while creating a relaxing way to end the day with this beautiful instrument!

Talk about a twist on a classic game! 🎈🦛

Residents put their own spin on Hungry Hungry Hippos, using pool noodles to scoop up game pieces and race them to their buckets.

Not only was it a blast, but it also encouraged hand-eye coordination, movement, and teamwork. Who knew being a hippo could be such a great experience?! 🤣

Mynd Immersive, one of our favorite Signature Programs, has been such an eye opening experience for our residents! 😎 🌎

These headsets allow our residents to fly in an airplane, walk through a flower garden, or play with a room full of puppies - all from their own suite. 🐾

Ms. Betty has always been a fan and was excited to try out the new system that just launched. Once she got the hang of it she was golden.

We are always excited to take our residents on new adventures, and can’t to see what to explore next! 🔜

Rain or shine, is working toward our step goal. 🚶👟

After a rainy morning, we were determined to get our walk in. The goal for August is 70,000 steps and our residents are currently at 20,886!
