Trinity Oaks Health and Rehab Whether you are seeking short-term rehabilitation or long-term nursing care, you'll find it on the beautiful 40-acre Trinity Oaks campus.

For intensive recuperation or long-term care needs, Trinity Oaks offers skilled care nursing and rehabilitation on its beautiful Salisbury campus. Skilled nursing refers to medical services just short of hospitalization or acute care by healthcare professionals including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants. Speech, occupational, respiratory, and physical

therapies as well as pharmacy and referral services are also available. Additional services include transportation to local physicians or to medical appointments at no charge. While Trinity Oaks independent living residents receive priority access to these services, admission to Trinity Oaks health and rehabilitation is open to the greater community.

In loving memory of Dolly Parton, we spent the afternoon honoring the music, joy, and kindness she shared with the world by having a Dolly good time!

The day was filled with music, memories, and plenty of pink. We enjoyed Dolly Donuts, a Coat of Many Colors snack bowl, and our special Rhinestone Sprinkle Cookies while singing along to some of Dolly’s greatest hits. There were smiles all around as residents shared favorite songs, tapped their toes, and added a little extra sparkle to the afternoon.

Days like these remind us that joy, laughter, and great music never go out of style. As Dolly says, “If you want the rainbow, you’ve got to put up with the rain”—and today was all sunshine, sparkle, and fun! 🎶💕

Our residents took their own senior pictures and offered some valuable advice for today's students. While fashions may have changed over the years, their wisdom is timeless!

💙 Be patient with people who are different from you. 🤝 Make good friends and surround yourself with positive people. 😊 Be friendly and try to get along with everyone, including your teachers. ⏰ Be on time and always do your best.

We had a PAW-some week celebrating the Dog Days of Summer!
Last week was all about our four-legged friends! Our Dog Theme Week was filled making yummy Puppy Chow, getting creative with Puppy Watercolor Painting, fun with Frisbee and we ended the week with our favorite event — Adopt-a-Pup!

We had a tail-wagging good time making memories, sharing laugh and having a paw-sitively good time!

Our 4th of July celebration was filled with fun, laughter, and patriotic spirit! We had a blast celebrating this historic milestone together with patriotic painting, learning how to properly fold the American flag, exciting games, delicious ice cream, and wonderful fellowship. Celebrations full of smiles as we honored our nation’s 250th birthday.

🌴 Summer Kickoff Week is in full swing! 🌴

We’ve been celebrating the start of summer with a week full of sunshine, smiles, and seasonal fun!

☀️ Monday – Hello Sunshine!
Residents enjoyed sunshine stretches, shared sunny compliments, created sunny door hangers, and explored their senses with sunshine-themed activities. The halls were glowing as everyone dressed in bright yellow!

🍉 Tuesday – Taste of Summer
A delicious day filled with watermelon foodie bingo, watermelon treats, recipe reminiscence, and fruit-scent meditation. Residents and teammates added even more color by wearing red, green, and pink!

🏖️ Wednesday – A Day at the Beach
We brought the beach indoors with parachute breeze exercises, sand sensory experiences, sand art, shell sorting, beach music “Name That Tune,” and ocean relaxation. Everyone got into the spirit by wearing their favorite beach attire!

The fun isn’t over yet—we still have two exciting days left in our Summer Kickoff Week! Stay tuned to see what adventures are next as we continue making memories, encouraging engagement, and celebrating the joys of summer together. ☀️❤️🌊
