To continue to improve our services, we’re switching to a new after-hours service using Hello Pediatrics. You’ll still call our number 410-742-7660 after hours and will be offered advice of how to help your child. You might be offered a telemedicine visit with pediatricians. If desired, this visit will be billed through your insurance and might have a primary care office co-pay rather than urgent care or ER co-pay.

We’re also switching our telemedicine platform. Rather than using Anytime Pediatrics for virtual visits, we’ll be using Remedy Connect. Near the time of your virtual visit, you’ll receive two text messages: one to check in with our office verifying your personal information and one to log in to your virtual visit.

We’re excited to continue to improve care for our patients and families! We welcome any feedback on our new services.
