We had a great time at our first Relay For Life of Wicomico Rock the Dock Guest bartending competition last night!

We found a worthy opponent in The Athlete Academy who stepped up last minute to be sure we had some competition and then proceeded to completely smoke us in fundraising! 🫪

Good news is that all of the money raised goes to the same great cause!

Happy to announce that we were voted Wicomico County’s BEST GYM (again) in Coastal Style Magazine this year!

Congratulations to our staff (those in this video and those lucky enough to evade the camera), gym life not always easy, and we could NOT do it without team OFC. 🎉

We held the first annual “Race For Relay” in house competition between our two trainers, Charles and Tommy, to raise money for Relay For Life of Wicomico today!

People donated to “bet” on their winner and the two competed in a 400m race in our parking lot. Friends and supporters gathered to cheer them on and watch it live.

The event raised an amazing $2500 for Relay For Life. This wouldn’t have been possible without the wonderful donors, volunteers, and the guys willing to put it all on the line despite the heat and awful air quality. We are so thankful for all of you!

We’re gearing up for our Relay For Life Summer Fundraising events! Here are three levels, should you choose to donate or be involved!

➡️ LEVEL 1 - Honor a family member or friend by donating $5 or more - get a Shore Strong wall card to fill out and display in our hallway honoring your loved one. Available at the Front Desk, cash or check (payable to Relay For Life)

➡️ LEVEL 2 - Choose your fighter! Join us July 17th at 11am and cheer on our trainers Charles and Tommy compete in a 400m foot race to support the cause! Register here and donate $40 to support and receive a Team T shirt! Register here: https://forms.gle/8HLKSn3rkpahLExz9

➡️ LEVEL 3 - OFC in-club Pump & Run. Complete your pump n run anytime in August. You get two chances to submit your results. See graphic for details. Registration is $35 (donation) and registration forms can be filled out and submitted at the Front Desk
