✨BIG news from our yoga teacher, Patience✨

I’m so excited to finally share that i am officially a license massage and bodywork therapist (lmbt #23425) and have opened the doors to Awaken Massage & Wellness at Heart of Salisbury.

Creating Awaken has been a dream of mine ever since Josh & I imagined opening a coffee shop back in 2023. while that vision has evolved into one centered around wellness, the mission remains the same: to help people awaken to the beauty of life through connection and awareness.

Whether you join me for massage or yoga, my hope is that you leave feeling more connected to your body, your breath and yourself. I want to offer a space where you can let go of what you no longer need to carry, reconnect with the present moment, and simply be.
