We’ve welcomed quite a few new followers lately, so if you’re new here—hello and welcome. 👋 🙂

I’m Cynthia Corley, LMBT #15332, owner and massage therapist at Baseline Massage. I opened Baseline in April 2025 after more than 10 years in the massage industry, with the goal of creating a space where people feel comfortable, respected, heard, and genuinely cared for.

There are many places you can go for a massage, and I believe where you choose matters.

Whether you’ve been coming to Baseline since the beginning or you’re still thinking about booking your first visit, you can expect care centered around communication, consent, professionalism, and what your body needs that day.

And if your body is telling you it could use a little attention this week, we have a few openings:

🍂 Tuesday, Oct. 6 — 6:30 PM, 60 minutes
🍂 Wednesday, Oct. 7 — availability between 10:30 AM–2:30 PM
🍂 Thursday, Oct. 8 — 10:30 AM, up to 90 minutes

Schedule at baselinemassage.com, call/text 704-431-2873, or send us a DM.

• 5:00 PM — 30 minutes
🍂 Friday, Oct. 2

Today feels like fall, even if the temperatures are planning to creep back up a little this week. 🍂

And sometimes our stress levels have a way of creeping up right along with them.

If your week could use a little time to slow down, reset, and take care of yourself, we still have a few massage openings available:

🍂 Wednesday, Sept. 30 — morning availability
🍂 Thursday, Oct. 1 — morning & early afternoon availability
🍂 Friday, Oct. 2 — 9:00 AM or 12:30 PM, both for 60-minute sessions

Maybe this is your reminder to fall into a little self-care before another busy week gets away from you.

Please note that we will be closed Saturday, Oct. 3.

Schedule online, call/text 704-431-2873, or send us a DM and we’ll be happy to help you get scheduled. 🙂🍂📅

It’s a wet and rainy start to fall — which honestly sounds like the absolute perfect kind of day for a massage. 🍂🌧️💙

We still have a few openings this week:

🍁 Thursday, 9/24
10:30 AM — 60 minutes

🍁 Friday, 9/25
9:00 AM — 30 minutes
1:30 PM — up to 2 hours (or as late at 3pm for a 60 min)

Cool weather, rain outside, a warm massage table, and a little time to slow down sounds like a pretty good way to welcome fall.

And if you don’t have time for a full massage, our Automated Chair Massage is another easy way to work a little relaxation into your day. Choose 10, 20, or 30 minutes, settle into the heated zero-gravity chair, and take a quick timeout from the rainy weather.

Schedule online baselinemassage.com or send give us a call 704-431-2873 and we’ll be happy to help you get scheduled.

🍂 Hello, Fall! 🍂

A new season is here, and there’s something about fall that makes change impossible to ignore. The days shift, routines change, things begin to slow down, and nature reminds us that letting go and making room for what comes next is simply part of the season.

Life has seasons, too.

Some changes are exciting. Some are difficult. Some can be both at the same time. And even when change is good, our minds and bodies can still feel the work of adjusting to it.

So as we welcome fall, maybe this is a good time to check in with yourself, too.

Rest when you need to. Make room for the things that ground you. Spend time with people who bring you peace. Ask for help when you need it. And give your body a little care while it carries you through whatever season you’re in.

If massage is part of that care, we’d love to welcome you to Baseline this fall. 🍂

Schedule online, call 704-431-2873, or send us a DM and we’ll help you find a time that works.

Summer is winding down, and the official start of fall is just a few days away. The days are changing, routines are settling back in, and before we know it, the holiday season will be here.

If you’ve been meaning to make a little time for yourself, we have a few massage openings available this week, including a 5pm session on Wednesday. Schedule online or send us a DM and we’ll be happy to help you find a time that works.

And while you’re looking at your calendar, take a peek a little farther ahead too. Fall has a way of moving quickly into Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, gatherings, shopping, travel, and all the extra hustle that comes with the end of the year.

Scheduling your massage ahead of time means you’ve already made space for yourself before everything else starts filling it up.

So as we say goodbye to summer and welcome a new season, maybe this is your reminder to make a little room for rest along the way. 🍂

⭐ RARE 5 PM OPENING! ⭐

We just had a 5:00 PM spot open up Wednesday, September 23 for a 90-minute massage.

Our 5 PM appointments are some of our most requested time slots, and they don’t open up very often. After this one, our next 5 PM availability isn’t until the end of October.

If an after-work massage is what you’ve been waiting for, this might be your spot. 🎯

Schedule online or send us a message and we’ll be happy to help get you scheduled!
