Welcoming new primary care patients and any students looking for sports/school/college physicals (age 15 and older).

Sports physicals ($45) may include a 6 lead portable EKG to assist in recognition if further testing is warranted to ensure no concern for heart rhythm irregularities (cardiac arrhythmia). This is optional and should be known that if a concern is found, a delay may occur in the clearance to play. ($40 without). We welcome all MD counties and Stephanie is licensed in DE and VA for those school districts as well. Just a reminder that these physicals can’t be billed to insurance.

Now accepting new patients. Providing integrated primary and mental healthcare for age 14 and over with Family Nurse Practitioner Stephanie H. McFarland and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Donna Martin.

Our website is still under construction but clicking on the GET STARTED tab will take you to our new patient link and process. Please note that we are still seeking additional providers to join the office so we will be unable to take in a large influx of patients at first as both Stephanie and Donna both have prior patient connections as well. We will keep patients informed of our progress. Using the new patient prospect method, allows us to start the process without actually transferring your records yet which can become an issue with continuing to get refills or acute visits. We look forward to meeting your healthcare needs.
