Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or just a little too in your head? đź«

Take 60 seconds to pause, notice, and come back to the present moment. Save this one for when you need it.

A lot of the things you’re hardest on yourself for…
once helped you survive.
People-pleasing, overthinking, shutting down—
these aren’t random habits.
They’re patterns your nervous system learned in environments where you had to adapt.

A lot of people feel frustrated when coping skills don’t work.

But it’s not because you’re doing something wrong.

When your nervous system is overwhelmed, your body is focused on survival—not relaxation.

The goal isn’t to force calm.
It’s to create enough safety for your body to actually receive it.
