4 years ago today (March 21, 2021) I met Luna.

2 years 6 months and 2 days ago this beautiful soul saved my life!

I'm thrilled about the change I see; resiliency at its finest!

In 2021 I can see the anxiety and tension in my body language. A lost individual sitting in a storm watching life pass her by.

Transformation is tangible, and in 2024 I embody confidence! A veteran who's done the work, fought through the darkness and came out better than ever.

I'm loving where my journey has brought me and look forward to what's to come!

Wendy's family is in need of a service dog. Training and getting service dogs is very expensive. Service dogs save lives and we all know how much Luna has done for me.

Let's help them get their service dog too!!

If you or a person you love is in crisis please call for help 988 is the National lifeline and remember 911 is available too, many are afraid that the police will come, they did NOT come when I called and told them I had just taken pills to die by su***de, they only sent EMS.

Many of us have been taught that as an adult we shouldn't need help doing anything and we are weak for asking. When in reality we do need help. Asking for help is one of the strongest things you can do. It's so hard to do but relieve and empowering when you do.
