This is HUGE! FDA’s Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee just voted to approve 6 of 7 peptides. This went against the warnings of FDA staff. Note that these are non-binding recommendations. We’ll see what the FDA actually does with these recommendations. I’m skeptical but hopeful that they’ll follow these recommendations.

Happy World Bicycle Day! Rode with Brian Ressa up the Wasatch Wall the other week on our gravel bikes. Almost 4,000 ft of climbing over 12 miles with an average grade of 6.1% on some loose gravel.

Filming at Tom Jackobs’ Webinar Weekend (aka PMM) where we worked on creating a webinar. Lots of prep work prior and long days. But well worth it to create an (almost) finished product. Mine is on Longevity. I’ve been deep diving this subject for the past year and can’t wait to get started.

BTW I never thought I’d like this part - but we worked with an Improv coach on Friday night. Fascinating.

Most patients choose anesthesia and are kept comfortable by our anesthesiologist.
