Our classes and group sessions are free so you don’t have to have the stress of figuring out how to pay. Our support groups are led by people who have lived through their own mental health conditions.

I am beyond blessed. My heart is full with gratitude. I heard repeatedly “you have the most amazing team! This was the best retreat ever. Thank you for making this a great place to work.” I’m tearing up just posting this!
19 years and counting. I look around and remark upon what I started, what we’ve become, our partnerships. Shout out to Odyssey House’s Martindale Clinic (Randall and Tessa) as guests!!! Ridley from Dominion Diagnistics, who not only provided lunch, he keeps bringing the beauty and support to our community, the agency, and clients.
Melissa, our Mefical Director and partner extraordinaire! So much admiration!!! Your love is contagious!!!
Lindsey Terry, who provided yoga, meditation and mindfulness. We are all still chill and calm. We have our homework, lessons that will secure our peace and happiness to keep doing the beautiful work.
