Dr. Jim Van Slooten (6/28/54-11/21/14) opened Holladay Chiropractic in 1978 with sincere intent to serve his community through chiropractic care. His ambition to serve families from all walks of life, along with his aspiration to offer excellent care at an affordable fee, developed a reputation and atmosphere of genuine service.
