Earlier this week I was on Good Day LA on FOX 11 Los Angeles and if you’re watching the World Cup here are some last minute hosting tips that can help you create a spread in minutes!!

Tip #1- Follow the 80/20 rule! Let the grocery store aka Albertsons Vons or Pavilions do 80% of the work and you add the personal 20% of the flair

Tip #2- create a snack board inspired by Spanish and Argentinian cuisine. Think tapas for Spain and lots of flavors for Argentina like chimichurri, empanadas and more.

Tip #3- embrace a like the Overjoyed® dessert shells filled with berries, whipped cream and dolce de luche

A little update on my Miss USA journey 🤍✨

After a lot of thought, I’ve decided not to submit for the Miss USA Open Call this year ⬇️

The reason is simple: I respect and value the Miss USA organization so much that I wouldn’t want to step into that opportunity unless I knew I could give it my absolute all. A dream this big deserves preparation, intention, and my best effort. 🤍

This year was my first time competing in 8 years, and after wondering if I had missed my chance, I walked away reminded of how much I truly love pageantry. I’m so grateful for the experience, the friendships, and the reminder that this dream is still very much alive.

I’m excited to spend this next season continuing to grow, practice, and refine — and hopefully come back in 2027 ready to give it everything I have. ✨

I also want to say THANK YOU to everyone on here for the encouragement, cheers, and motivation. It’s been really fun sharing this adventure.

Most importantly, I cannot wait to cheer on all of the incredible women representing their states at Miss USA this August.

The dream isn’t over. I’m just enjoying the journey. ✨

I’ve been working on something in the background… and I’m so excited to announce that I’ll be competing for Miss Utah USA! 👑✨

Some of you may know that in my 20s, I competed at Miss California USA. It was such a special season of life and a dream I loved pursuing. But when I turned 27, I thought I had officially aged out of the Miss USA system, which is what led me to compete in the international pageant system instead.

A few years ago, Miss USA made a huge change by removing the age limit and opening the door for women of all ages — including moms — to compete.

What makes this even more special is getting to do it in a state I already feel so connected to through my work and community involvement. Utah has become such an important part of my life, and representing this state on the Miss Utah USA stage is truly an honor.

Proof that sometimes dreams aren’t over… they’re just waiting for the right season. 💫 I’ll see you in June 🎉
