This Mother’s Day, we want to recognize something truly important: recovery is an act of love.

Today is National Fentanyl Awareness Day. Take a moment to remember the lives lost and the families forever changed.

We welcome walk in appointments at our SLC Clinic for Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) intakes for Methadone, Buprenorphine, Sublocade, Brixadi, and Vivitrol Patients.
