🎉 Congratulations, Calli Richards!

We're excited to celebrate Calli Richards, BCBA, on her promotion to Vice President of Community Partnerships at Brighter Strides ABA! 💙💛

Calli brings 10 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, beginning her career as an RBT before becoming a BCBA six years ago. Throughout her journey, she has worked with children and young adults across home, clinic, and school settings, giving her a deep appreciation for individualized care and the incredible work our teams do every day.

For Calli, leadership has always been rooted in relationships, connection, and creating environments where people feel supported and valued.

In her new role, Calli is especially excited to strengthen Brighter Strides' relationships with families and community partners, listen to the needs of the communities we serve, and identify new ways we can be a meaningful resource for autism families.

"I want to understand what families are experiencing, what resources they need, and where there may be opportunities for us to make a greater impact."

We're incredibly excited to see Calli bring her passion, clinical experience, and commitment to community into this next chapter.

At UTABA Day 1, we asked 242 people one question: “What makes an ABA workplace great?”

When we gave them all the options, almost everyone had the same first response: “All of them!”

But when we made them choose just one, there was a clear front-runner:
Team culture.

Because the passion can be there. The ethics can be there. The education, clinical excellence, and opportunities for growth can all be there.

But at the end of the day, the people you work alongside shape how it feels to come to work every day.

At Brighter Strides, team culture goes far beyond dinners, sporting events, parties, and team activities. Those things are fun, but culture is built in the moments in between.

It’s the coworker who checks in after a hard day.

The leader who makes sure your voice is heard.

The teammate who celebrates your wins.

The people who step in when you need support.

The feeling that the people around you genuinely want to see you succeed.
A great culture isn’t created by one
event, one initiative, or one person. It’s built day by day, interaction by interaction, by every person on the team.

And according to 242 members of our ABA community, those little things might just be the thing that matters most. 💙

🎪 Games, a ribbon cutting, and a whole lot of new neighbors. We're throwing a carnival to open our Layton clinic, and you're on the list. Brighter Strides ABA Layton swings its doors open July 1 from 3 to 6 PM, so round up the family and come celebrate with us.

We came home from ABAI 2026 in San Francisco full. Full of new ideas, full of conversations that actually meant something, full of that rare feeling you get when you're surrounded by people who care about this work as much as you do. The sessions were great. The people were better. Swipe through, this one was special.

A Mammoth game, a brand-new Utah clinic, and a team that fully deserved a night off. 🏒

Most of us had never watched a hockey game in our lives.

We spent the first period googling the rules, the second period finally cheering at the right moments, and the third period cheering at everything just to be safe. (And yes, we absolutely waited around for a fourth period that never came😂.)

Eyal and Jo flew in to be with us, the food was great, the laughs were even better, and by the end of the night we left a little more in love with each other than when we walked in.

Cheers to , , , and for an incredible year of showing up for Utah families every single day. The new clinic is just the beginning.
