Some people have a gift for helping others slow down, breathe, and simply feel better. That’s Sommer.

With 21 years of experience, Sommer combines therapeutic massage, yoga, stretching, and holistic wellness to create treatments that are both restorative and results-driven. She has a special passion for helping clients living with chronic pain and autoimmune conditions, and she develops personalized stretching plans to help them continue feeling their best long after they leave the massage table.

Her calm presence, gentle spirit, and thoughtful approach have earned the trust of so many clients that many reserve their appointments months in advance.

Outside of Waterford, Sommer enjoys keeping up with her children’s activities, hiking, dance, spending time outdoors, and winding down with a great Hallmark movie.

Meet Kari Mikeska ✨

For more than two decades, Kari has been one of the driving forces behind Waterford Wellness.

A graduate of Angelo State University with a degree in Business, Kari joined Waterford in 2001 and has been helping shape the spa ever since. As our Business & Retail Manager, she oversees the behind-the-scenes operations that keep everything running smoothly while thoughtfully curating the retail boutique with products she genuinely believes in.

If you’ve found a favorite skincare product, discovered the perfect gift, or noticed how seamlessly things run at Waterford, there’s a good chance Kari played a part.

Outside the spa, Kari enjoys getting lost in a good book, baking, gardening, caring for her ever-growing collection of houseplants, and exploring small towns in search of antique treasures and one-of-a-kind finds.

For 21 years, Heather Heather Hendley Poe has been a familiar and trusted face at Waterford. As an advanced clinical skincare specialist and NovaLash expert, she combines years of experience with a thoughtful, personalized approach to helping her clients look and feel their best.

It’s hard for Heather to choose a favorite treatment, but microneedling is definitely at the top of her list. She loves building lasting relationships with her clients and creating treatment plans that support healthy, beautiful skin.

Outside of Waterford, Heather is married to Casey and is mom to Faith and Anniston. When she’s not caring for clients, you’ll find her spending time with family or traveling and making new memories.
