One thing we’ve learned is that growth doesn’t always look the same. Some providers thrive as part of a solid collaborative team, while others crave to build something of their own. Neither path is right or wrong - it’s simply where life leads.
Our commitment has always been bigger than filling positions. It’s about developing exceptional providers, encouraging personal and professional growth, and creating a culture where people are genuinely excited to see one another succeed.
That culture doesn’t change when someone’s path changes.
We’re incredibly proud of the team we’ve built, grateful for every provider who has been part of the MedWell story, and excited for what’s ahead - both for those continuing with us and for those pursuing new opportunities.
Chelsey is excited to begin building something of her own, and we’re grateful to continue partnering with her as she provides advanced laser treatments at MedWell.
