A “pixie ear” deformity looks like a pulled ear lobe and can occur after an improperly placed facelift incision. This patient had a facelift performed 10 years ago by a surgeon in a different country and was bothered by the appearance of her ear lobe. Every patient is different but her “pixie” ear was corrected under local anesthesia and she is very happy with her results just 6 weeks out.
