Another Spartan in the books. Could not have asked for a more beautiful day in Burnet, TX - the wildflowers were out in force!

Made it to the top 1/3 of elite competitors in the 10k despite wildly inadequate preparations. Lots of lessons learned, and if we can hit the spear throw can probably shave 10 minutes off easy! (Hah!) top five next time…

What is bottoming out?!? It’s an issue that can happen with breast implants (or a breast reduction left too large) and a general lack of support. Dr. Isakson explains exactly what this complex phenomenon is here!

Never mind the hair! Dr. Isakson shares one of his favorite parts about tummy tuck results:
No more p*eing yourself!! A lot of moms have found that after childbirth their pelvic floors are weaker - this can cause all kinds of issues but classically this involves something called “stress urinary incontinence.” Basically you p*e a little when you cough or sneeze or push your ab muscles too hard. What a transformation! This amazing 30-something came to see Dr. Isakson about body contouring after weight loss. All told she lost about 200 pounds from her maximum weight (and had to lose that more than once!).

She thought she needed a lower body lift to treat her back, but after discussing her anatomy and her goals with Dr. Isakson they decided a bra-line back lift would most directly address her concerns. What an incredible change to her back - she can really show off her hard work in the gym now without extra skin hiding the muscles!
