This is one of those little examples of how intuition actually works in my life.
It isn’t always a voice saying, “Hey Kate, this is important.” 😂
Sometimes my attention just lands somewhere.
Today it was 10:14.
Something made me notice the time on a screen, and almost immediately I saw 10/14 in my mind like a date.
No explanation. No context. Just enough of a pull that I texted it to someone so I’d have a record of it.
And I’ve learned to do that because this has happened before.
I have planners with random future dates circled because something in me went, that one. I won’t necessarily know why. Then sometimes I get there and something significant unfolds. Or suddenly I understand why that date caught my attention weeks or months earlier.
I have absolutely no idea what 10/14 means yet.
And I don’t need to.
One of the biggest things intuition has taught me is that I don’t have to immediately turn every nudge into an answer.
Notice first. Interpret later.
Sometimes developing your intuition is less about trying harder to “hear” something and more about learning to recognize the tiny moments when something inside you says, pay attention to that.
So anyway…
apparently we reconvene October 14th. 😂
