Today is a pre-conference day of lectures and exams for some of the participants. I reconnected with Kanika Singh who I mentored in 2018 and have met several doctors very interested in learning what cosmetic gynecology can add to their practices.

I’m off to New Delhi, India to participate in the 2024 RECOGYN conference (Reconstructive and Cosmetic Gynecology)as an invited speaker. I’ll be presenting 2 topics: Complicated L***a Reduction Surgeries and Lichen Sclerosus (an immune-based skin disorder that affects perimenopausal and menopausal women primarily). This is my second time participating as I was an integral part of the first RECOGYN meeting in 2017, teaching in both the pre-and post-conference courses and presented multiple topics. I’ve just boarded Air India and am setting in for the flight.

I am incorporating updated radio frequency treatments into my practice with my new InMode machine. It treats skin ( tightening, scars, cellulite) as well as urinary leakage, dryness and reduced sensation. What is also amazing is I can use this to perform minimally-invasive in-office labiaplasties which reduces anesthesia risks and speeds up recovery time to 2 weeks!
