What an incredible celebration! 🎉💛 Yesterday, the Yellow Rose Hospice Care team had the honor of celebrating the 105th birthday of one of our amazing patients, Mr. Delgado, surrounded by his loving family and friends. It was a joy to share in such a special milestone and create lasting memories together. Happy 105th Birthday, Mr. Delgado! Wishing you a day filled with love, laughter, and happiness. 🎂🎈

Yellow Rose Hospice Care had a wonderful time spending the evening at Emerald Retirement Resort Community! We enjoyed delicious root beer floats, great company, and a festive celebration of America. Thank you to everyone who helped make this special event so much fun for the residents and guests. 🇺🇸🍦❤️
