Meltdown before shoes are even on. Overwhelm at the grocery store. Big reactions that seem to come out of nowhere.
If you’re a parent nodding along, you’re not doing anything wrong, and neither is your child. Emotional regulation and sensory processing are closely linked: when a child’s nervous system is working overtime to manage sound, touch, movement, or light, big feelings often follow.

Please join us in celebrating and congratulating Amelia on 13 years with PTS!
Amelia started as an UTSA intern and quickly after she finished her 300 hours we hired her on as a therapy tech then she quickly moved to scheduling, then onto insurance and then clinic administrator. Throughout her 13 years, Amelia has also been in charge of the IT department, celebrations coordinator, supplies, anything clinic related and assisting Elizabeth and Eric with all the craziness! We could not run PTS without her!!
We appreciate Amelia and her dedication to our patients and PTS!
