I'm thankful as my time as a coach/employee at the SwRI Fitness Center has come to an end. Glad I was able to help so many people with their goals, form checks, spots, or just being an ear to listen. I didn't realize how many lives I might've impacted.
I will continue to teach classes there for now! But ready to get my own business going! 💪🏼📈
