San Antonio Authentic Counseling is seeking a part-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with the potential to transition to full-time. This position offers flexible work arrangements, including in-office, virtual, or hybrid options.
At San Antonio Authentic Counseling, we provide an environment that supports professional growth and collaboration, allowing clinicians to refine their skills while consulting with colleagues on complex cases. Clinicians will have access to fully furnished office space, billing support, and client referrals, enabling them to focus primarily on delivering quality care.
We offer competitive compensation with minimal expenses for contract clinicians.
Position Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of individuals and families to assess needs following diagnosis.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy aimed at improving mental health outcomes.
• Coordinate care with other providers, agencies, and community resources to ensure holistic support.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of two years’ experience in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Ability to work remotely as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail.
Education:
• Master’s degree in Psychology or a related discipline is required.
Licensure:
• Current licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT is required.
