✨ What Happens During Cranial Release? Watch the Ears! 👂🧠

One of the most fascinating things I observe during a wellness session is how the ears can change as the body begins to relax.

As tension patterns release, the nervous system shifts from a “fight or flight” state into a more relaxed “rest and restore” state. During this process, it’s common to notice subtle changes such as:
• Ears becoming softer and less rigid
• Improved color as circulation changes
• A warmer temperature
• Reduced tightness around the jaw and temporal area
• Greater overall symmetry as muscular tension decreases

Cranial release techniques are designed to encourage relaxation, improve mobility of the soft tissues around the head and neck, and support the body’s natural ability to regulate itself. Many clients report feeling lighter, calmer, experiencing less tension, and having an increased sense of well-being after their session.

The ears can provide valuable clues about areas of tension, but they are only one piece of the overall assessment. Every body responds differently, and these observations are not used to diagnose or treat disease.

When the body feels safe enough to let go, amazing changes can happen. Healing begins with balance, relaxation, and supporting the body’s own innate wisdom.

Nutrient interrelationships are complex especially among the trace elements. A mineral cannot be affected without affecting at least two other minerals , each of which will affect other two, etc. Mineral relationships can be compared to a series’s of intermeshing gears which are all connected, some directly and some indirectly. Any movement of one gear mineral will result in a movement of all other gear minerals. Extensive research involving tissue mineral analysis of human hair and other tissues has led to significant advancements in the understanding of mineral relationships.
